Role: Software Engineer

Location -> Bangalore, HSR layout

What we’re looking for

You’ve a “product engineer” mindset, have held SDE1 position before and have at least 0-2 years of experience.

Self-starter with a track record of successfully delivering well-engineered products.

Like working in small, fast paced teams with high ownership and a low meeting culture.

You enjoy coding, leading by example, proactively making decisions, and building solutions. You hate being micromanaged.

Who you are

0-2 Years of experience building performant web applications

Knowledge of Python/FastApi/React/Postgres/AWS

Experience working on API development

Experience in designing and architecting reliable distributed systems

Comfortable working with Git, Linux and basic system administration

Good to have: Clickhouse/LLM/Redis/Temporal/Golang

Areas of Responsibility

Foundational Features

Build and own modules end to end with direct visibility on end customer impact

Research, evaluate new technologies and solve for hard engineering problems

Code Quality

Ability to write modular, scalable, efficient code and build performant solutions

Actively drive code improvement and reliability enhancements

Architecture

Build reusable abstractions, frameworks for both the backend and frontend.

Be involved in system design of new features and internal tools

Leadership

Review code, mentor junior engineers and trouble shoot with the team
